What does fall maintenance include?

Our fall maintenance services include comprehensive gutter cleaning and inspection, leaf and debris removal from all areas, irrigation system winterization to prevent freeze damage, landscape bed preparation, drainage system checks, and property inspection to identify potential winter vulnerabilities.

What winter care services do you provide?

Winter care includes pathway maintenance and clearing, drainage management to prevent water accumulation, frost protection for sensitive plants and systems, emergency response for weather-related issues, and regular property monitoring to ensure everything remains functional during the colder months.

How do you prepare properties for spring?

Spring preparation involves comprehensive cleanup of winter debris, soil preparation and testing, irrigation system reactivation and testing, professional planting services, landscape revitalization, and a full property assessment to address any damage from winter weather.

Do you offer emergency services?

Yes, our Premium Estate package includes emergency response services for weather-related issues. We also offer emergency services to all clients on a case-by-case basis. Contact us immediately if you experience urgent property maintenance needs during severe weather.

How much do your services cost?

We offer three main packages: Essential Care at $299 per season, Complete Protection at $549 per season, and Premium Estate at $899 per season. Each package includes different levels of service. Are there any hidden fees?

No, we believe in transparent pricing. The package price you see includes all standard services listed. Additional fees may apply only for services outside the package scope or for emergency calls, which we always discuss and approve with you before proceeding.

Scheduling

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking seasonal maintenance services at least 2-3 weeks before the season change. This ensures we can schedule your service at the optimal time. However, we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests based on availability.

What happens if weather delays the service?

If severe weather prevents us from completing scheduled services, we will contact you immediately to reschedule at the earliest possible date. Your safety and the quality of our work are our top priorities, so we never compromise by working in unsafe conditions.

Can I modify my service package mid-season?
